Delivery Time
Shipping may be extended due to many factors beyond our, such as – customs, processing requirements, weekends and public holidays, and delivery to outside metro areas. Orders made on business days before 10am (AEST) will be packed and sent the same day, orders placed after 10am (AEST) will be packed and sent the next business day.
NOTE: To ensure a smooth and quick process, please ensure that you correctly fill in your shipping address details. If your suburb and/or postcode do not match on the Australian Post database, we will need to contact you to confirm your details, delaying dispatch.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched via Real time express.
Lost Packages
HPR tyres does not accept liability for lost orders. We only post items to given addresses.
Local Delivery – WIthin 5km may be free of charge
Pick Up
All items listed on our website are available for pick, However any pick up order must be arranged with our store on 02 96816889 prior to pick up. If ordered online they MUST be shipped. Fitting and balancing is available for additional fee.
